This week is the soft presentation week as we need to present a functional and completed prototype to the faculty and our clients for the last time before our final presentation. Team members hold several standup meetings before the meeting with our faculty members, and we review certain aspects of the prototype that we require constructive feedback.
Soft Presentation
We have soft presentations for four faculty members: John Dessler, Tom Corbett , Jesse Schell, Brenda Harger.
The feedback from John and Brenda were mostly positive as they were satisfied with the state and the quality of the build. Tom and Jesse, however, provided more detailed comments on our prototype:
- They are pleased with the addition of texture on the canvas as it’s much better to get the idea of depth and distance, but it still lacks the texture of a real canvas.
- being able to save thing should be done if possible because saving evidence is critical for this type of product
- Eraser should be an essential feature of the canvas
- Make clients spawn at the round table.
After the soft presentation we had a meeting with our clients to discuss the hands off process and get the testimonial done.
Since next week only have two days, we decided to cancel some of the meeting and focus on finishing the website and video trailer.
