Brainstorm
1) Title for the s
how
2) Technology that is possibly to be implemented
3) BrainStorm Section for ideas

1) Title:
The title for the project handed to us from the ETC/EST Summit was "Full Spectrum: A Techno-Theatre Rave". We liked the idea of Full Spectrum, but felt "rave" implied something not quite right. We asked some of our peers for comments on the title, some of these comments are below:

  • techno music... experiment theater...small production, lazer light..maybe
  • "Techno-theater sounds kind of like a middle-school rave, don't you think? :)
  • I'd say, focus in on what's actually unique about this brand of theater...it isn't the presence of technology in and of itself...various forms of lighting and engineering tech have always had their place in improving the theater experience. Rather, highlight the fact that your technology isn't enhancing production values, but rather the *interactivity* of the peice. Then again, ""tech-enhanced interactive theater"" isn't too catchy. What else is unique about the piece?"
  • like a techno musico
  • Technotronic was the first thing that popped into my brain, but that's just 'cause I listened to too much eighties dance rap at some point.
  • "using techno beats."
  • dancing to techno beats involved.
  • players would be stereotypical ""techno-goers."" have the assoc dress and attitude.
  • "new agey"
  • techno music
  • vr animation
  • a room with loud techno music and some visual effects.... dunno
  • robotic theater.
  • Something you'd see at a big rave
  • Lights flashing about and cool designs. Red, blue, green, and yellow mostly. Sounds sort of interesting...what is your project?
  • sounds like a British term for a stadium-seating THX sound theatre like the kinds we have here
